Healthgrades

The CPM Healthgrade's new headquarters is a major building renovation project. The 47,433 square feet, 1 story slab on grade, steel post and beam with bar joists and metal deck building is located in the Old Sauk Trails Business Park on Madison’s near West Side. The building sits on a 7-acre parcel. Originally constructed in 1989, the building’s new owner, and our client, CPM Healthgrades, required dramatic changes to layout, design, and building functions in order to make this 20 year old structure useable for the demanding needs of a growing high tech firm. In short this building underwent a complete makeover, and nearly every part of the building was revamped in one way or another.
