InSite from the JobSite

Welcome to the Krupp General Contractors blog InSite from the JobSite. I'm Paul Lenhart, President and CEO of the company, and as I blog about insights in and around our industry, I want you to feel free to contact me with any suggestions of topics you'd like me to write about, or even if you'd like to submit a guest blog. I'll be honest - my primary occupation is to build buildings, not necessarily to construct sentences, but I've got some things on my mind that I'd like to share with you from time-to-time.

I'm constantly reminded of what the great American artist, Jackson Pollock said, as I write my blogs,  "When I say artist I mean the man who is building things - creating, molding the earth - whether it be the plains of the west - or the iron ore of Pennsylvania. It's all a big game of construction - some with a brush - some with a shovel - some choose a pen." This time around, I've chosen the shovel and the pen.

Remember a good website is a living document that must be refreshed regularly. The customer experience from navigating a dysfunctional website says a great deal about you and your business. Don’t go there.
